Shipping Terms
Did you know? By using the online shopping cart, you will receive real-time shipping
quotes before and during checkout?. To preview shipping before checkout, put your items in the cart
and click on "view/edit cart" link on the right
hand side of the page. On the next page, you can enter your zip code and submit
to view your various shipping options upon
check-out.
Garments are shipped FedEx only! If you are ordering
garments, select FedEx.
Flags and batons are shipped UPS only! If you are ordering
flags and batons, select UPS.
Books, DVD's, and other items are shipped US Priority Mail.

We only ship to addresses within the U.S.A. including its territories and
military bases.
FedEx and UPS require a physical address and do not deliver
on Saturday or Sunday.
eBooks & eVideos are delivered immediately if payment by credit card was successful.
If paying by check or money order, we have to mark your order as "payment received" before
the download information will be released.
As a ministry and small business, we check orders within 24 to 36 hours of being placed. On occasion
we can handle an order that requires shipping the same day, excluding garments, if placed
before 11AM Central Time. However, same day shipping is NOT guaranteed and requires a phone call.
In stock items typically take 3 to 15 business days for us to process
and ship. Garments take 4 to 6 weeks. Custom garments up to 8 weeks.
Certain items, especially garments, may be considered a RUSH order if your
event date is within 2 weeks. Event dates are required on all RUSH orders
and recommended on any order. All rush orders are subject to rush fees, which
are 20% of the subtotal.
Shipping such as 3-Day, 2-Day, & 1-Day is the time you will receive the order
once we ship and does not mean that you will receive your order in three days or
less from the time you place your order.
While we accept Internet orders 24/7, we do not ship during these prolonged
dates:
November 24 - 28
Dec 19 - Jan 3rd
We are closed on most Christian, Jewish, and Civil Holidays.
Any other dates we may not be shipping will be published on the home page.
Resurrection Day and Passover Garments must be ordered before February 29th
December Garments must be ordered before November 14th
Shipping Policy
We do not ship C.O.D. "cash on delivery orders." The
Joy Shoppe is not responsible for lost or canceled orders because a customer
supplied the wrong address, invalid or unapproved payment method, and/or custom
delays. The customer will incur additional shipping charges to resend a
replacement order. All orders that were processed successfully online will
receive an automatic receipt in their E-mail inbox. If you did not receive that
confirmation then the order was not successful.
Backorder Policy
Backorders are any item that will take longer than 6 weeks for us to ship.
Contact will be made so the customer can make a decision to:
1. Ship the items in the order that are in stock and then ship the back stocked
item when it comes in.
2. The entire order will be shipped together which means waiting for the back
stocked item to come in.
3. Not being charged for the back stocked item and re-order at a later date. No
cancellation fee will be incurred.
