30 Days: All items, except garments, can be exchanged or returned within thirty days of receipt having not been used or damaged by customer.

10 Days: Garments must be exchanged or returned within ten days of receipt having not been worn or washed.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable: E-books/videos, clearance items, custom made dancewear, rush fees, and in most cases shipping.

Shipping Refund: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error and the carrier issued a refund. If we made a shipping error, we will not charge you a second shipping fee to correct our mistake. If you supply us with the wrong shipping information, you will incur a second shipping fee to send out a replacement order.

Restock Fee: A restock fee covers our processing and handling expenses which is 10% of the purchase price. A restock fee applies if you return an item that was not shipped by mistake, damaged in shipping, or defective when shipped.

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee covers our processing, handling, and production expenses which is 12% of the subtotal. A cancellation fee applies if you cancel an order any time from the moment the order was placed to its arrival date.

Return Shipping: If you are returning an item for credit, you pay standard shipping back to us. We do not issue a credit for shipping back to us unless the item we shipped was defective or damaged in shipping.

Exchange Shipping: Exchanged items will incur a second shipping fee to the customer.

Defective Items: The Joy Shoppe will not accept any return if the item was damaged or excessively used by the customer. Exchanges and returns must be fit for resale.

Credit Refund Terms: Our first remedy is to give you a store credit unless you request a credit card refund. Store credits are issued within ten days of receipt of return and can be used the very next time you shop online with us. Credit card refunds are issued within thirty-days of receipt of return items. It can take up to 30 days before the credit appears on your credit card statement.

2. Supply us with the following information:

-Is this an exchange or a return
-Reason for exchange or return
-Order number
-Date you intend to ship back the order
-What items are you sending back
-What you want in exchange
-The type of credit you want
-Your phone, E-mail and address
