Note: The Joy Shoppe banner "Log In" button you see in the top of the web page is for customers who want to login before shopping or during the check out process. What this does is fill in the name, address, E-mail, etc. on the check out forms saving customers the step of typing that info in each time they shop. When a customer orders the first time this is automatically set up for the following shopping experience.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY E-PRODUCT?

Step by Step:

When you purchase an E-product you will not be able to download immediately because we have to mark the order as "complete" on our end before the download information will be sent to you. Once payment has been received and we mark the order electronically, you will receive an E-mail with the login link and login information with uniquely generated password. Make sure the E-mail address is correct on your order. You are given a few days in which to download your order.

1. Go to the front page http://www.joyshoppe.com

2. Click on the "E-Pickup" Button in the header banner
    or click the link below:
http://www.joyshoppe.com/index.asp?PageAction=EProductLoginScreen

3. Enter your username, case sensitive: [your specified E-mail address]

4. Enter  your password, case sensitive (it is easiest to copy & paste from your E-mail).

5. Click the "enter to retrieve file" button.

You will be taken to a page that will allow you to download the file. Click the link on that page "Click here to download." Save the file to your hard drive or disk file. When you are finished downloading you can open the file wherever you saved it. Remember, Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary to read the file.
