DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery in the USA: In stock items- 3 to 15 business days, otherwise up to
6 weeks / Dancewear 4 to 6 weeks. Certain items, especially Dancewear, may be
considered a RUSH order if your event date is within 2 weeks. Custom
Dancewear up to 8 weeks.
Event dates are required
on all RUSH orders and recommended on any order. All rush orders are
subject to rush fees.
Shipping such as 3-Day, 2-Day, & 1-Day is
the time you will receive the order once we ship and does not
mean that you will receive your order in three days or less from the time you
place your order. Contact us by phone if the order is URGENT.
PAYMENT
POLICY
Order processing for delivery begins once payment is completed. Therefore,
orders are by pre-payment only, so charges are at
the time of order unless special arrangements have been made with the
manager. We do not offer house credit accounts. Purchase Orders are
available for schools only upon approval.
*If you are paying online with check via PayPal, it will set up an initial
account if you have not already done so. If the order is placed via PayPal
for the first time, the order will not finalize but will be recorded. Once
you complete the PayPal set up login to "My Order" to finish your
transaction.
SHIPPING POLICY
We do not
ship C.O.D." cash on delivery orders. Overseas shipments are
suspended. The Joy Shoppe is not responsible for late orders due to
customer error such as wrong address, missing credit card numbers, wrong
credit card numbers, custom delays, wrong email address, etc. and the
customer will incur additional shipping charges to resend. Be sure that you receive an email confirmation of your
order. If you do not receive that confirmation, then your order was not
successful.
BACKORDER POLICY
Backorders
are any item that will take longer than 6 weeks to the shipping date.
Contact will be made for the customer to decide:
1. Items in stock will be shipped immediately and the back stocked item
will be shipped when it comes in. This option may be subject to an
additional shipping fee.
2. OR The entire order will be shipped together which means waiting for
the back stocked item to come in.
3. OR Not being charged for the back stocked item and re-order at a later
date.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
POLICY
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
The Joy Shoppe must be notified by phone, fax, E-mail, or online form
of intended return or exchange. Preferred method is for customer to fill
out and submit online form and include in box. 30 days upon receipt to
return or exchange. Regular dancewear has a 10 day return and exchange
policy. The garment will not be accepted if it was worn, used, washed, or
mistreated. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on CUSTOM DANCEWEAR - no
exceptions. Return shipment is at customer's own cost unless the
item was shipped defective. The Joy Shoppe will not accept any return if
the item was damaged or excessively used by the customer. All exchanges
must be fit for resale. Exchanged items will incur a second shipping fee
to the customer. Either a RESTOCK or CANCELLATION fee may be incurred.
Shipping fees are not refunded unless the wrong item was shipped. A
shipping fee is not incurred upon new shipments to remedy missing items,
duplicate shipments, factory or ship-damaged items. RUSH fees are not
refunded.
